Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund.
If more than 30 days but less than 60 days have passed since your purchase, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
After 60 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., perishable snacks, opened food products, or hygiene-related items), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Options
Customers may choose one of the following:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit for the value of the return (can be used on future purchases)
Store credit may be issued faster than refunds to original payment methods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
